Website information
Privacy Notice
Updated 2 October 2026
This notice describes how NEWCOM (Guangzhou Xinlian Apparel Co., Ltd.) uses information on this business-to-business clothing manufacturing website. For privacy questions, email william.lxy@foxmail.com.
Information you choose to send
Our enquiry brief builder asks for your name, email and project brief. You can also supply your company, market, reference style, planned quantity and timeline. In brief-builder mode, these details stay in the current page and are not submitted or saved by the website. You decide whether to copy them into an email or WhatsApp message and send them there. Sending an enquiry is not a newsletter subscription.
When online form submission is enabled, the form can send those details and an optional attachment to NEWCOM through Netlify. The button and on-page notice identify whether you are preparing a local brief or submitting an online enquiry. We use information you send to review the brief, respond, prepare a quotation and follow up on the project.
When online form submission is enabled, the form includes the current page path, referral website host and campaign parameters such as UTM source where available. These travel with the enquiry you submit. We do not persist visit attribution across pages or visits unless you accept analytics.
Form hosting and attachments
The website is hosted by Netlify. When online form submission is enabled, submitted form data is stored in the Netlify Forms service for our team to manage; it may also be forwarded to our business email when notifications are enabled. The local brief builder does not submit data to Netlify Forms or upload an attachment. Our published contact email uses Foxmail. These providers process information under their own service terms and privacy policies.
Files sent through Netlify Forms may be accessible to anyone who holds the direct file link. Please do not upload identity documents, card details, passwords, personal records or information protected by a confidentiality agreement. Contact our team before sending confidential technical material so that an appropriate sharing method can be agreed.
Optional analytics and cookie choices
Google Analytics 4 is optional. We do not load its tag or send analytics events before you accept analytics. You can reject analytics and still browse products, download the printable catalogue and send an enquiry.
If you accept, we measure visited pages, product views, form starts, accepted form submissions and WhatsApp, email or catalogue actions. Clicking a contact link does not prove that a message was sent; opening the catalogue print dialog does not prove a PDF was saved. We do not deliberately send your name, email, enquiry message or attachment filename to Google Analytics. Page URLs used for our analytics exclude query strings and fragments; referrer information is limited to the referring website origin rather than its full path or query.
We do not enable Google advertising storage or advertising personalisation in this implementation. Analytics cookies are configured for up to 60 days. Your accept/reject choice is kept in your browser for up to 180 days. Accepted analytics also permits first and latest non-direct attribution to be attached to a later enquiry. These attribution records have a fixed 60-day validity window from the original first touch; continuing to browse does not extend it. Expired records are discarded on the next website visit. Rejecting or withdrawing analytics clears them.
A short-lived form-confirmation marker in session storage contains only the acceptance time and a catalogue style code. It helps display the correct confirmation once and expires for that purpose after five minutes. It does not contain your contact details or project message.
Withdrawing consent stops our analytics events, clears site-set Google Analytics cookies and clears our stored attribution. It does not remove information already processed by service providers.
Direct email, WhatsApp and other links
Choosing an email or WhatsApp link opens an external service. Any message you send there is handled by that service and by NEWCOM, rather than by the website form. External maps and social links are subject to the respective provider’s privacy policy.
How long we keep enquiries
We keep enquiry and project correspondence while reviewing or carrying out the project, and as needed for business records or applicable requirements. We have not stated a universal automatic deletion period because projects and recordkeeping needs differ. You may ask about the records related to your enquiry or request correction or deletion by emailing us; we will review the request and explain any information we must retain. Copies in email, exports or provider backups may require separate handling.
Service providers and international processing
Netlify, Google, Foxmail and WhatsApp may process information in countries other than your own. This notice describes the tools used; it is not a claim that every jurisdiction’s privacy requirement has been independently certified. Avoid submitting information you are not authorised to share.
Security and your requests
The deployed website uses HTTPS. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security. For questions, access requests or corrections, contact william.lxy@foxmail.com, identifying the enquiry sufficiently for us to find it without sending unnecessary sensitive documents.
