OEM from your specification
Provide measurements, construction drawings, material and trim requirements, artwork and grade rules. We review the brief and quote the development and production scope before the sample is approved.
Develop garments with your own brand identity through NEWCOM’s OEM/ODM workflow. Private label covers more than attaching a logo: fit, fabric, original design decisions, labels, packing and approvals should all be defined before production.
Use your own tech pack for an OEM brief, or select a reference silhouette for a new development discussion. Product photos are starting points, not proof of design exclusivity, customer endorsement or permission to reproduce another brand’s artwork.

Choose a style code and mark the changes you want to make to fit, fabric, neckline, sleeve or finish. Develop your own specification; do not use protected logos, prints or artwork without the necessary permission.
Supply your original logo files, label dimensions and placement, hangtag artwork and packaging instructions. Agree the sample proof and quantity before these details are released for bulk.
Confirm the fit sample and graded chart; actual fabric composition and swatch; trims and colour; label and hangtag artwork; individual packing; carton identification; quantity breakdown; and the agreed quotation and production milestones. Care and composition wording should be based on the approved garment and reviewed by your brand, not guessed from a photo.
A reference range is a development aid, not a catalogue of exclusive designs or verified retail customer projects. If exclusivity, custom artwork ownership or restricted use of your technical files is important, request written agreement before development. Ask for relevant factory information and sample photographs; a brand logo on a website is not a substitute for a confirmed supplier relationship.
Review the sampling and production approval process, factory information and available audit document, and the buyer enquiry kit before sending your brief.
These clean product images help communicate shape and detail. They are development references, not verified customer case studies or a ready-stock offer. Materials, availability and the production specification require confirmation.

Send your original artwork, dimensions, placement and packing requirements. Feasibility, quantities, cost and sample proofs are reviewed and approved for the project.
No exclusivity is implied by the reference library. Discuss the design-development scope and any exclusivity requirements in writing before placing an order.
An OEM brief starts with your technical specification. Reference-led development starts with a silhouette or image and requires a new agreed specification, material choice and sample approval for your brand.
Send your style selection, measurements, quantities and destination. We can review feasibility and what needs approval before a production order.
