This website presents NEWCOM’s clothing development and manufacturing services for business buyers. Using the catalogue or sending an enquiry does not create a purchase contract.
Catalogue and sample references
Product photographs and titles are design and development references. They are not a promise that a garment is in stock, that a particular fabric is available, or that exact colours and measurements can be reproduced without development. Screen displays, photography and sampling can affect appearance.
Any stated MOQ, sampling duration or customisation option is a starting reference. The quotation and approved specification for your project determine the actual material, size range, quantity, price, delivery schedule and other requirements. Ask us to confirm any detail important to your order.
Enquiries, samples and orders
We review your tech pack, reference or brief before confirming feasibility. Sample charges, revisions, approvals, production terms, inspection, payment and shipping responsibilities must be agreed in writing. A submitted form, automated confirmation or WhatsApp click is not an accepted production order.
Design rights and confidential information
Please submit only material you own or are authorised to share, including designs, brand names and logos. Do not assume that a reference image gives permission to reproduce another party’s protected branding or design. Any confidentiality agreement and protected-file sharing process must be agreed with our team before disclosure.
Website photography and text are for evaluating our services. Contact us before reusing them in commercial material; any third-party rights remain with their respective owners.
Website information and external services
We aim to keep information accurate and may update the catalogue as styles change. Please verify important specifications with our team. External links such as WhatsApp, maps and audit documents are provided for convenience; those services have their own terms.
