Streetwear sourcing brief

Specify the details a photograph cannot confirm

An oversized tee, washed jean and structured jacket need different materials and finishing controls. Use a reference code to discuss the silhouette, then define the measurable garment and finish for your own collection.

Fit & garment measurements

Provide chest, shoulder, body length and sleeve measurements for tops, and waist, rise, inseam and leg opening for bottoms. Describe the intended oversized ease rather than requesting a generic “streetwear fit”.

Fabric & wash approval

Confirm fibre composition, weight, stretch and shrinkage from actual swatches. For denim or washed garments, approve a wash reference and define acceptable colour and hand-feel variation before production.

Original artwork & branding

Supply artwork you own or have permission to use, with placement dimensions and colour references. Printing, embroidery, labels and packaging are quoted against the approved process—not inferred from another brand’s image.

Review OEM/ODM sample approvals, our low-MOQ planning guide and the streetwear sourcing checklist, then send your development brief. Specific fabric minimums, pricing and delivery dates require confirmation.
