Dress development: silhouette, fit & finish
Our dress references cover mini, midi and maxi lengths, from printed daywear to slip, ruched and occasion silhouettes. Use the photos to communicate the shape you want; manufacturing details are agreed through development.
Specify the silhouette
List the neckline, sleeve, strap position, waist seam and finished length. For a ruched, tiered or asymmetric style, mark the placement and the amount of gathering rather than relying on a front image alone.
Confirm support & coverage
Tell us the intended lining, bust support, closure and coverage requirements. Stretch, recovery, transparency and drape affect how the dress fits; composition and fabric weight must be confirmed from a swatch.
Approve a measurable sample
Provide a base size, bust/waist/hip measurements and length tolerance. Review front, side and back views, fit comments and construction details before grading, colour approval and bulk production.
