If you’ve never worked with a garment factory, the process can feel like a black box. Here’s the journey of an order from brief to delivery — the same process we run at NEWCOM every day.
It all starts with a tech pack, a sketch, a reference photo, or even a link to a style you like. The more detail — measurements, fabric, trims, labelling — the faster and more accurate your quotation.
We confirm feasibility and send a detailed FOB quotation covering fabric, trims, labour and finishing. No vague numbers — you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Our in-house sample room develops the style, fits it on the mannequin and refines until it matches your spec. You approve the sample before any bulk production begins.
We source fabric and trims from our network, checking quality and shrinkage before cutting. For ODM orders, we help you select the right materials for the look and price point you want.
After sample approval and a 30% deposit, bulk production starts: fabric pre-shrink, automatic cutting, then sewing across teams with inline inspection at every stage.
Every piece is inspected one by one, ironed and packed. Then we ship by sea, air or express — with packing lists and documentation handled end to end.
The whole cycle is designed to be transparent. If you’re curious how your project would flow through these steps, send us your brief — we’ll walk you through it on WhatsApp.
