What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our published starting reference is 100–150 pcs per style. Actual style, colour, fabric and trim minimums are reviewed against your quantity breakdown and confirmed in the quotation.

How long does sampling take?

Our indicative sampling reference is 7–9 days after a confirmed brief and materials review. Actual dates depend on material availability, construction and revision rounds, and are agreed for your project.

What products can I discuss for development?

The current catalogue includes women’s dresses, blouses, tops, two-piece sets, skirts, pants and woven references, plus a separate streetwear selection. Photos are development references, not a ready-stock offer; construction and material feasibility require review.

Which markets can send enquiries?

We welcome sourcing briefs from brands in Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe. Tell us your destination and receiving requirements so shipment feasibility, cost and responsibilities can be confirmed for the order.

What factory audit evidence is available?

The available SMETA 2-pillar report dated 3 April 2026 identifies Qingyuan Shenxiansheng Fashion Co., Ltd. This is a separate entity from the supplied Qingyuan Ziqiangwei production profile. SMETA is an audit methodology, not certification or a guarantee of full compliance. Request the scope, findings and corrective-action status for your proposed production site.

What is the difference between OEM and ODM at NEWCOM?

An OEM brief starts with your technical specification or patterns. Reference-led development starts with a silhouette or image and requires agreed measurements, materials, construction and sample approval for your own label. Reference styles do not imply exclusivity.

Can I start a project without a tech pack?

Send your own sketch, an authorised reference image or a style code, and describe the changes you want. A written development brief and measurement specification are agreed before an accurate manufacturing quote or approved sample can be produced.

Can you help with fabric sourcing?

Tell us the drape, coverage, stretch, colour and price direction you need. Proposed materials and trims are reviewed through swatches; composition, GSM and performance requirements must be confirmed from the actual material, not inferred from a photograph.

What are your payment terms?

Payment method, deposit, balance and payment milestones are confirmed in your project quotation and order agreement. No universal payment percentage or bank-transfer requirement is implied by this website.

How are shipping terms agreed?

Provide the destination, required delivery window and preferred shipment arrangement. The quotation confirms the applicable shipment term, transport scope and cost inclusions. Freight, clearance, duties and destination charges must not be assumed to be included.

Can I request a factory visit or video call?

Ask the NEWCOM contact team to confirm the proposed production site and arrange a permitted walkthrough or visit. Supplied production photos and a report for a different entity are not substitutes for site-specific confirmation.

How do I get a quotation?

Use the enquiry form to send style codes or your own designs, measurements, quantities by colour and size, fabric direction, destination and target delivery dates. You can attach a reference file and request the scope, approvals and costs to be confirmed.

Who is NEWCOM and where is the company based?

NEWCOM is Guangzhou Xinlian Apparel Co., Ltd., based in Guangzhou, China. The Guangzhou contact team coordinates women’s wear development and manufacturing enquiries. Review the supplier facts and confirm the proposed production entity and site in your project quotation.

Are the catalogue products available from stock?

The catalogue presents development references, not verified stock availability. Select style codes to discuss silhouette, fit, material and changes; request a project-specific quotation and sample review. See the selected collection and development workflow.

Can the reference photos prove fabric composition or compliance?

No. A photograph can help communicate visible design details, but cannot verify fibre percentages, garment weight, performance, stock or audit compliance. Confirm materials through actual references and request documentation relevant to the product and proposed production site.

How can I contact NEWCOM directly?

Send an online enquiry, email william.lxy@foxmail.com, or use WhatsApp +86 134 2277 1916. Include your product requirements, quantity, destination and target date. Submitting a brief does not place a production order.

Review the identified audit scope, sample and production approval workflow and buyer enquiry kit before sending your project brief.
