What is your MOQ?
Our usual starting range is 100–150 pcs per style. Fabric availability, colour splits and garment construction can change the minimum; we confirm the actual requirement in your quotation.
How long does sampling take?
Our usual sampling reference is 7–9 days once the brief and necessary materials are ready. We confirm timing for your design before starting; complex trims and revisions may need longer.
Can you work from my tech pack or just my design idea?
Both. For OEM we work from your tech pack or patterns; for ODM we can develop styles from our catalogue using your colours, fabrics and trims.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms, inspection arrangements and shipping responsibilities are stated in the written quotation or order agreement. Please do not transfer funds based on catalogue information alone.
How do you ship, and to which countries?
Tell us your destination and preferred transport method. We will discuss the available sea, air or express options and confirm freight, duties and delivery responsibilities in writing.
